security information
Our staff all live in the hostel, in the same dormitories as you.
We make sure our stuff isn't stolen!
Secure Entrance
At the front door of the hostel, is the reception
desk. Anyone entering the hostel must go past this. Someone is sitting
at the reception desk 24 hours a day. After midnight, the front doors
are also locked and an intercom is used to gain entry.
Visitors
We do not allow visitors to enter the main part of
the hostel. On entry we issue you with a 'blue card' which we ask you
to show every time you enter the hostel. Without the card, people may
only use the dining room, located on the right of the office. After
midnight, visitors are not allowed in at all.
Safety Lock-up
We offer a free safety lockup service. Just hand in
your valuables to reception, and we will lock them up for you.
